The trip officially started this morning at around 9:00 am (4:00 am your time) when John (Smith), Paddy, and Tom picked us up at the B&B. Paddy is the name of the driver who also owns the company that provides the buses for John's tours. Very quickly the white van was dubbed the "PADDY WAGON!"
About half-way through the trip, Wayne Jennings began playing with writing a limirick about Paddy... After many contributions and a word change here or there, here's what we came up with:
There was a young Paddy named Downes
Made his living driving 'round clowns
His skill in tight places
Put awe on their faces
When not driving, a Guiness he downs!
