We stopped at Molly Gallivan's Cottage for about an hour and a half (11:00 am - 12:30 pm) to buy some gifts. The cottage is known for it's "Poitin" (pronounced 'pa cheen'). We were all treated to a demonstration of the process used to produce the moonshine and toasted with a shot glass each — one MUST remember, though, to always toast to the fairies first!
